<p>it would be smart to have him reintroduced in a christmas themed episode as teressa's date to a party or something. he'd have an excuse for wearing red, lol
</p><p>the only problem is that he isn't law enforcement but he made his millions in a avionics and high-tech weapons. i guess that is related in a sense. plus, his actor has great acting chops to play the part.
