Chief Arnold Nail appeared in Red Alert. He was the killer of Ginger Crosswhite and Amber Sutherland.
Arnold Nail had made a move on Ginger while her husband, Ron, was out driving around smoking cigarettes. She refused him. He thought she was going to report it, ruining his career, so he shot her several times and modified surveillance footage to frame Ron.
Ron would have been convicted if Officer Tom Rowley hadn't messed up with filing the required paperwork to enter evidence.
Amber noticed that the metadata was incorrect in the surveillance tapes and called in her suspicions that the tapes were doctored. So, Arnold went to her rental house and killed her too.
