Bianca Trotter is a narcotics officer who appeared in Pink Tops.
Bianca is also a corrupt villainess in league with drug dealer Omar Vega, and to keep her secret hidden, she murdered her partner and friend, Yolanda Concepcion, who had suspected that a dirty cop was in league with Vega. Bianca had also colluded with the Perry Boys to steal Vega's drugs, but when they decided to reduce her cut and threaten to sell her out, Bianca murdered them as well, doing so after killing Yoli and using the same gun.
