Bibby Fortensky appeared in the episode Black Market. She was the killer of Kirk Upton.
She and Kirk had planned to sell diamonds acquired in a jewel heist to the black market. Bibby didn't want to follow in her mother's footsteps and she wanted the money to get away from her. Kirk wanted the money to help raise his kids. They had gotten Elon Bell to perpetrate the jewel heist as he needed money and had the ability to pull off a jewel heist.
Kirk decided he wanted to come clean as he just wanted to be a good father for his kids. Bibby flew into a rage and she beat Kirk repeatedly and then shoved him down the fire escape, making sure he was deceased.
