Harvey Dublin was one of the murder victims in Red Sky At Night.
He was thought to be the main target due to his supposed kidnapping and that Pete Russo, his chauffeur was just collateral damage. It was later revealed that the kidnapping wasn't real, that Harvey was in fact deceased, and that Pete was the actual intended target and Harvey was the collateral damage. Keith Farrow killed him and made him disappear to throw off suspicion when he killed Pete.
