Rachel Bowman is the daughter of Don Bowman, a man Jane put into prison prior to the start of the series. She kidnaps and tortures Jane in the episode Ball of Fire. She blames him for her father's death while in prison. Rachel was using the alias of "Sherry Winger". She was shot and killed by Madeleine Hightower.
